RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you are welcome to return your item(s) for a credit or exchange. If goods are faulty or damaged then we will offer a full refund, exchange or credit note.
Please note: we will not provide refunds for change of mind and/or on sale items.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days of receipt of goods. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. OUT OF COMFORT must receive the garment in the exact condition it was sent out in. It must not have been worn, altered or washed and all tags must be attached.
If you would like to return an item, please email email@example.com with your reason for return and invoice number, please also include if you would like an exchange or credit, or if item is damaged/faulty please advise in email.
We do not refund shipping costs for goods returned, unless it is due to a fault in the garment. All exchanges will be posted out at the cost of the customer. The cost of the return and any duties and taxes must be met by the return shipper.

At OUT OF COMFORT our priority is to provide exceptional customer service & deliver high quality garments. Please feel free to contact the head office between work hours with any questions. We make every effort to ensure that all the website reflects true stock levels. However, if we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within three business days to arrange either a backorder or refund.
